Before launching Well Roosted, Paige spent six years in management consulting, leading complex projects, managing budgets and timelines, and helping organizations navigate competing priorities. That experience developed the project management, communication, and problem-solving skills that are essential to successful interior design. Combined with a hands-on understanding of construction and a passion for sourcing thoughtful furnishings, antiques, and materials, she guides clients through the design process with clarity and confidence, creating spaces that feel both elevated and authentically their own.
